01 — What it is
Stated plainly.
Most pre-launch crypto sites arrive with a countdown. This one arrives with a status line, because the status line is the only thing that is currently true.
What is happening
A company is being built.
Aetherial Finance LLC exists and is operating as an independent crypto and DeFi line of Ruzylo Holdings. The work right now is the charter: the product, the terms and the mechanism, written down.
What is not happening
Nothing is for sale.
No token. No sale. No date. No chain named. No waitlist that ranks you, no allocation to reserve. Nothing on this page is an offer, a solicitation, or a statement about any future price.
What comes next
The charter, published.
One document, in public, before there is anything to use or buy. If the mechanism cannot be explained in plain language in that document, it does not ship.

02 — Direction
What we’re building toward.
Direction, not a feature list. A feature list this early would be a guess dressed up as a promise, and we would rather be held to the principles than to a guess.
The mechanism is published before the price.
How the thing works — the rules, the fees, the failure cases — is written down and public before anyone is asked for anything. A number without a mechanism behind it is marketing, and this line does not run on marketing.
Plain language, or it does not ship.
If a mechanism needs jargon to sound sound, it is not sound. Every document Aetherial publishes has to be readable by someone who is competent but not a specialist, and that constraint applies to the product itself, not just the copy.
No yield claimed that cannot be sourced.
Any return figure Aetherial ever states will come with where it comes from and what has to be true for it to hold. Until such a figure can be sourced, there are no figures — which is why there are none on this page.
Decisions stay open until they are made.
Chain, product model and token model are genuinely undecided. Naming one early to sound further along is the standard move in this category and it is a lie with a logo on it. When each is settled it will be stated here, dated.
One line, one owner.
Aetherial is an independent line of Ruzylo Holdings with a named owner accountable for it. It does not present holdings-level authority, and it does not hide behind an anonymous team page.
03 — Status
What is true right now.
Stated so that nobody has to guess and nobody can overstate. Where any other surface disagrees with this list, this list is correct.
A line of the holding company, never a parent and never presenting holdings-level authority of its own.
No contract deployed, no token issued, no sale of any kind completed or scheduled.
The product direction is being scoped from the beginning. Nothing about it is settled enough to announce.
No chain name, logo, ecosystem badge or “built on” line appears anywhere on this site. The decision is open.
There is no launch date, no countdown and no quarter named. When there is one, it appears here first.
The operating entity. A legal name for filings, not a brand name.
